I just wish they have more locations instead of Texas. Im in South Carolina and I know we have CiCis locations here. I hope the soon get this up and running!!!!!

Why only I can order from TX, its not working the location option. You guys need to fix this app.

This app only shows about 5-6 locations throughout Texas. Im in western North Carolina and we have a location in Asheville and there are many more locations in closer states such as SC & TN. Im very disappointed to see that CiCis does not have all of their locations posted. I have now uninstalled this app.

Just downloaded this today, after receiving an e-mail about the free buffet/free large one topping offer they give you for downloading the app & signing up. Its basically a reward-app-meets-frequent-customer card. If youre already a CiCis lover, why not?

Well I was able to eat free on my first visit! My location didnt have the updated ability to scan, but they entered the little code! Also you get perks for eating there by scanning your receipt! My little one and I ate endless pizza and treats for 3 bucks!!

Downloaded the app and they give you a free adult buffet! Awesome sounds great so ya activate your coupon and rush off too CiCis. You get there and head inside and show your code for your free buffet and are told that it isnt working right now. So you need to call this number and theyll help you. So I called and theyre closed for the day at 3pm! So now Ive wasted time and gas to come up here. I love CiCis eat there very often but after this itll be a long time before I think of returning!

I got an email from Cicis saying Id get a free buffet if I download this app. Well I download it and only get 1 free drink.

Love their pizza very much, get a specialty one every time we go. Signed up for their app got a free buffet didnt know how to get the rewards called the main office very helpful.

The past year Cicis has upgraded their ingredients and new menu items. The app works like a charm. Any new technology is subject to glitches on occasion. Cicis makes my pizza the way I want it and quality and speed are joined with customer service. Im here now and I cant wait to come back. Nice job with the app Cicis.

While I like that there is a loyalty rewards program, Im disappointed that I earn by visits, as opposed to $ spent. We have a large family and would be enticed to eat at Cicis more if rewards were earned for a set amount ($7=1 pt; $14=2pts).

The app says youve earned points but you dont always get those points. None of the stores in my area have barcodes on the receipts.

I hate this app and I hate this concept. It assumes you have a phone, and there are actually people who dont. It also doesnt let you enter more than one recipe in a day. Not a fan. Youve made this concept more complex than it needs to be, most likely to reduce the number of buffets earned. Another BS move... Receipt doesnt upload if you only buy one buffet. You have to get a drink, too, or have over a $7 receipt.. The buffet with a water is less than that so if thats all you order, you cant get credit for it. If youre going to offer a free buffet based on the number of purchases, a drink purchase shouldnt be part of the mix.

The app gives me free pizza without taking too much space on my phone.

Family splits the check so that each $7 purchase generates a usable code that we can fill up our purchases to earn free buffets.
